Reinforce the bottoms of boxes that have heavy items or glassware in them. Boxes should be open top or tuck the flaps down in prior to filling them, this allows our bidders to preview your items. We will ask you to bring these items to our auction gallery and we will complete the paperwork and unload them into our gallery processing and staging area.

ANSWER: An estate typically consists of furniture, art, decorator items, dishware, linens, clothing, coats and furs, jewelry, electronics, small and or large appliances, and other miscellaneous items. Many estates will include vehicles and recreational vechicles, garden equipment, garage items, tools, lawn furniture and garden furnishings. We would love to consign your estate, please contact us to complete the paperwork and have these items picked up.

A sofa, dining table and a few miscellaneous boxes is not an estate yet is a group of misecellaneous furniture and boxed goods. Sure, we sell these items yet we cannot dispatch a truck and crew to pick up a this small group of items. All of the furniture, furnishings, linens, clothing and other miscellaneous items along with the list above comprise a full estate. ANSWER: Yes, we do consign and sell at auction large home estates. We are higly interested in full estates, this includes modest 4500 square foot mansions. In general, an estate typically consists of furniture, art, decorator items, dishware, linens, clothing, coats and furs, jewelry, and other miscellaneous items. Many estates will include vehicles and recreational vechicles. These 4500 square foot homes are typically four to six bedroom homes with associated bedrooom furnishings, an office, A theater room or family room, a summer kitchen or covered patio area and a swimming pool. The garage typically contains some tools, lawn equipment and sporting equipment. All of the furniture, furnishings, linens, clothing and other miscellaneous items along with the furniture and furnishings that furnish the rooms in the list above comprise a full mansion estate. QUESTION: Do you do direct buyouts of estates?

ANSWER: On rare occasion we will do a direct buyout of an estate. This is typically when a family has been left with the high cost of a funeral. As funerals can cost in excess of $9,000.00 immediate funds are sometmes needed to carry out a loved one's wishes. during this emotionally devistating and sorrowful time the pressure of funding a funeral can prevent the process of properly grieving. Upon occasion we have bought out estate contents to allow a family to fund thier loved one's wishes. This is at a value that is most likely lower than auction value yet will allow for the last wishes to be carried out. ANSWER: We do NOT consign and sell yard sale leftovers at our Orlando Florida estate sales by auction yet we can suggest that you donate your leftovers to a local charity for sale in their thrift stores. Charities such as Goodwill, Salvation Army, New Beginnings (Clermont, Four Corners) among others will apprecatie your donation.
